I wrote a popular blog post a couple of months ago titled The Spy Who Nudged Me. The article mentioned the concept of default organ donation based on ideas being proposed by White House Administrator, Cass Sunstein in his co-authored book titled Improving Decisions About Health, Wealth and Happiness.
Here is an email excerpt from New York State Assemblyman Richard Brodsky regarding proposed legislation that would make your organs property of the State unless you chose to opt-out.
